Shipping is only available within the USA. All designs and products are handmade in the USA.
Jewelry – All necklaces are made and/or hand assembled by ever[be. reminded. Most rings are are sourced domestically and packaged by ever[be. reminded.
All printed products are created by ever[be. reminded and will typically ship after 7 business days of production time. Expect a total time of 10-15 business days (production time and shipping) to receive your product. You can choose a quicker shipping time during checkout of 3 business days at an additional cost. This will allow you to receive your product within 5-6 business days (production time and shipping).
If jewelry and prints are purchased, your order will not go out until all items are ready for shipment. We will not process any partial shipments.
The Buyer will receive a tracking number via email when their item ships. The Buyer can expect to receive their orders within 21 days of the order being placed. You will be notified by email of there are any delays.

Printsever[be. reminded has a limited guarantee on all prints because they are each custom created. We can only accept returns due to an error in production or if the item is damaged during shipping. If either of these issues occur, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product and provide proof of your issue and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your reason for return falls outside of these guidelines, we apologize, but because your print is custom created, we will not be able to replace the print or provide a refund.
JewelryWith your original order, we offer a one-time free money back return or exchange on unworn pieces with original packaging (bags, cards, etc.) within 10 days of the date of shipment, no questions asked. See Return Process below.
For the one-time free return or exchange the customer is responsible for packing the product so it does not get damaged, sending back all original packaging, and for paying return shipping costs.
Exchanges must be for the same product.
Money back returns or exchanges are not available after the 10 day period.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after your order has been returned and received for returns and exchanges to be processed. Processing time may be longer during sales or during a holiday.
WarrantyWe stand by our work and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We do offer a 30-day warranty as follows:
Jewelry – this covers a broken chain, faulty clasp, jump ring or broken stud.
Prints – This covers a faulty easel or print mount.
Only under warranty we will reimburse your return shipping costs and pay for the product to be shipped back to you.Return ProcessTo return, exchange or replace your item under warranty you need to fill out the below form an obtain a Return Authorization Number on order for us to accept your return. If we receive your item without a number we may not be able to fulfill your request.
